The second member

A different body. A different story. The same engine.

Her first panel read as one finding, not nine: ferritin 8, hemoglobin 10.9, B12 168. Iron-deficiency anemia flags a dozen coupled markers at once, and repletion resolves them the same way. Plant-based for years, supplemented for none of them, until the chart said so.

Her two clocks started 5 years apart: Pheno Age 39, Bortz Age 44. Both ended below her calendar age. Two models weighting different markers, disagreeing honestly, moving in one direction. She has no third clock here: LinAge2 is fitted for ages 40 to 84 and she is 38, so we do not report it for her.

One line on her chart rises whatever she eats. FSH is the pituitary asking the ovaries for more as reserve declines; diet does not answer it, and an honest chart says so. Her panels carry the sex-hormone axis: estradiol, FSH and DHEA-S. Progesterone is not among them, because it needs a second draw timed to the cycle: a separate test, not a panel.

The practical questions.

Do I need to buy anything to start?

No. Upload results from any lab, in any country, in most common formats. A partner-lab voucher is optional, for when a fresh local draw is more convenient.

What is a Longevity Score?

A single composite over your classified biomarkers across nine clinical domains, scored against the personal optimal zone rather than the wide reference range. Higher means more of your markers sit where the evidence says is best.

What are the bio-age clocks?

Bortz Age, Pheno Age and LinAge2 are blood clocks. The first two are computed from every Longevity panel; LinAge2 needs a Longevity Pro draw, because it reads markers Core does not include. They estimate how fast your body is aging, not just how many birthdays have passed.

Is this medical advice?

Is my data private?

Your blood work is yours. It is stored in Switzerland, under an EU adequacy decision, never sold, and you can export or delete it at any time.
