Older on the calendar. Younger in the blood.
Two sample members, built from the Evidalife biomarker registry: 5 Longevity panels each, across three years. Every value on this page is invented, then scored by the same engine that scores yours. Upload the labs you already have and your own chart begins.
Any lab. Any country. Any format.
5 clock trajectories. Every one started above calendar age and ended below it, on every panel, including the smallest.
Normal is not optimal.
The reference range shows what is common in the population. The personal optimal zone shows what the evidence says is best, resolved for your sex and age. Decades of peer-reviewed research set the second band, and it is the one every chart on this page is measured against.
Inflammation, hs-CRP. Member M, 4.8 down to 0.6 mg/L. Personal optimal under 1.
Two sample members. Every value invented, not measured. Not a typical outcome.
Longevity Score 55. 25 markers out of range.
The baseline: a sedentary founder on a standard diet. Read across each band: the dot marks where he stood, the green shows his personal optimal zone.
Daily Dozen. Coach. Retest.
Eat the evidence
Whole-food, plant-forward nutrition, tracked day to day as habits rather than willpower.
Ask the coach
A coach that reads each panel against 48,000+ peer-reviewed studies and answers in plain language, with citations.
Test again
A fresh panel every 6 to 12 months. Each retest extends the chart and shows what the changes did.
A smaller panel. The clocks compute anyway.
Panel 2 was a Core draw, the smallest we sell: 47 markers instead of 87. Both Core clocks still computed, and LinAge2 carried forward from the Pro draw before it. Out of range: 25 down to 21.
9 markers left to move.
Out of range: 21 down to 9. Both Core clocks are now within three years of calendar age, LinAge2 a little further out, all three still above it.
All three clocks cross below calendar age.
Bortz Age 38.5 at calendar 44. The crossing every panel had been building toward.
Two sample members. Every value invented, not measured. Not a typical outcome.
Longevity Score 95. 74 of 111 markers optimal.
The same markers, three years later. And the two that stayed out of range, kept on the page on purpose.
Two sample members. Every value invented, not measured. Not a typical outcome.
A different body. A different story. The same engine.
Her first panel read as one finding, not nine: ferritin 8, hemoglobin 10.9, B12 168. Iron-deficiency anemia flags a dozen coupled markers at once, and repletion resolves them the same way. Plant-based for years, supplemented for none of them, until the chart said so.
Her two clocks started 5 years apart: Pheno Age 39, Bortz Age 44. Both ended below her calendar age. Two models weighting different markers, disagreeing honestly, moving in one direction. She has no third clock here: LinAge2 is fitted for ages 40 to 84 and she is 38, so we do not report it for her.
One line on her chart rises whatever she eats. FSH is the pituitary asking the ovaries for more as reserve declines; diet does not answer it, and an honest chart says so. Her panels carry the sex-hormone axis: estradiol, FSH and DHEA-S. Progesterone is not among them, because it needs a second draw timed to the cycle: a separate test, not a panel.
Every marker has a personal optimal zone. Watch this one move.
Open a domain to read every marker across the 5 panels. The band shows the personal optimal zone in green, the line shows three years of change.
Featured marker, shown open. The rest of the domain is one tap away.
The chart, the clocks, the marker.

Your chart begins
You get a Longevity Score and a biological age the same day, and every retest extends the chart.
Prefer a fresh draw? Partner-lab vouchers are available in select markets: you book the draw at the lab, nothing is shipped to you. They add convenience, they are not a prerequisite. Self-upload works today, everywhere. /partner-labs
The practical questions.
Do I need to buy anything to start?
No. Upload results from any lab, in any country, in most common formats. A partner-lab voucher is optional, for when a fresh local draw is more convenient.
What is a Longevity Score?
A single composite over your classified biomarkers across nine clinical domains, scored against the personal optimal zone rather than the wide reference range. Higher means more of your markers sit where the evidence says is best.
What are the bio-age clocks?
Bortz Age, Pheno Age and LinAge2 are blood clocks. The first two are computed from every Longevity panel; LinAge2 needs a Longevity Pro draw, because it reads markers Core does not include. They estimate how fast your body is aging, not just how many birthdays have passed.
Is this medical advice?
No. Evidalife informs and educates. For diagnosis and treatment, talk to your doctor.
Is my data private?
Your blood work is yours. It is stored in Switzerland, under an EU adequacy decision, never sold, and you can export or delete it at any time.
The charts you just read are two invented members. The next one is yours.
