Longevity Core

The whole picture from one blood draw — forty measured values across heart, metabolism, liver, kidneys, thyroid, blood count, inflammation, hormones and nutrients, turned into your Longevity Score and two published age clocks.

71 markers & scores

Includes

  • Apolipoprotein B (ApoB)
  • hs-CRP (High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein)

Longevity Pro

Everything in Core, plus what Core cannot answer — Lp(a), fasting insulin, IGF-1 and GDF-15, the full thyroid, your sex hormones, the nutrients a plant-based diet can miss, your kidneys' earliest signal, the strain signal of your heart, and the inputs of a third age clock, LinAge2.

The next step

What each step up actually tells you

Every panel contains the one below it, so the only question is what the extra markers let you see. Here is what each step adds — the insight first, the count after.

From Longevity Core to Longevity Pro

The full thyroid picture

Your thyroid sets the pace of everything metabolic: temperature, energy, digestion, mood. The pituitary signal is in every panel; this step adds the two free hormones it drives. The signal can sit comfortably inside its range while fT4 and fT3 sit at the edges of theirs — and you only see that when all three are read together.

  • fT4 (Free Thyroxine)
  • fT3 (Free Triiodothyronine)

The sex-hormone axis

The axis behind bone, muscle, libido, cycle and sleep — and the one that shifts most with age. This step reads estradiol, the pituitary signal that drives it, and the adrenal precursor both sexes share. Read together they say whether the axis is quiet, shifting or already changed — in men as much as in women.

  • Estradiol (E2)
  • FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone)
  • DHEA-S (Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulfate)

Lp(a) — once in a lifetime

Lp(a) is set almost entirely by your genes. It barely moves with diet or training, it raises heart-attack and aortic-valve risk independently of everything else on your lipid panel, and one measurement gives you a number you never have to take again.

  • Lp(a)

Heart strain, before you feel it

NT-proBNP is what the heart releases when its walls are working against pressure. Cardiology uses it to rule heart failure in or out; at a normal level it is quietly reassuring in a way no lipid value can be.

  • NT-proBNP

Omega-3 Index

The share of EPA and DHA in your red-cell membranes: a readout of the past three months rather than of last night's dinner. It is the rare nutrition marker that answers whether what you eat is actually arriving, and it moves slowly enough to be worth re-measuring.

  • Omega-3 Index

Insulin resistance, measured instead of inferred

Blood sugar is a late signal: insulin climbs for years to hold it steady before the sugar itself moves. Measuring insulin beside it turns that hidden decade into a number you can follow — and it is what makes the resistance index computable at all.

  • Fasting Insulin
  • HOMA-IR (Insulin Resistance Index)

Zinc and selenium

Two trace minerals doing outsized work: zinc in immune defense, wound healing and hormone production; selenium in thyroid conversion and antioxidant capacity. Both are common shortfalls on a plant-forward plate, and both are simple to correct once you know where you stand.

  • Zinc
  • Selenium

The chemistry panel, read as a whole

Sodium, potassium, chloride and bicarbonate show how your kidneys and lungs hold fluid and acid-base balance; calcium and phosphate speak for bone and parathyroid; bilirubin, total protein and the globulin fraction for liver and immune system; LDH for tissue turnover anywhere. Each is unremarkable on its own. Read together they are the baseline every clinician starts from — and the reason a small shift in one of them earns a second look.

  • Sodium
  • Potassium
  • Chloride
  • Bicarbonate / Total CO₂
  • Calcium
  • Phosphate
  • Bilirubin (Total)
  • Total Protein
  • Globulin
  • LDH (Lactate Dehydrogenase)

The rest of the step

Not everything a bigger panel adds opens a new chapter. Some of it is a more precise version of something you already track, some is an early signal from an organ that fails quietly, some is simply a nutrient. They land in the same domains, the same trends and the same coach as everything else.

  • LDL cholesterol, directly measured
  • Urine albumin-creatinine ratio
  • Urine Albumin
  • Urine Creatinine
  • LinAge2 (Biological Age)
  • IGF-1 (Insulin-Like Growth Factor 1)
  • Neutrophils (%)
  • Lymphocytes (%)
  • Monocytes (%)
  • Eosinophils (%)
  • Basophils (%)
  • Folate
  • Magnesium
  • Mean Platelet Volume (MPV)
  • Remnant Cholesterol
  • GDF-15 (Growth Differentiation Factor 15)
