These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Evida Life platform, operated by Evida Life AG, Zurich, Switzerland ('Evida Life', 'we', 'us'). By registering or using the platform, you accept these terms.

2. Service description

Evida Life is a digital health platform offering the following features:

Recording and analysis of lab values and biomarkers
Daily Dozen tracker for plant-based nutrition
Recipe database with evidence-based nutritional recommendations
Evidence-based health articles

3. User accounts

Use of the platform requires registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password. Please notify us immediately of any signs of unauthorised use.

Minimum age

The platform is restricted to persons aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age.

4. Health disclaimer

The information, lab evaluations, and nutritional recommendations provided on Evida Life are for informational purposes only and do not replace medical or nutritional advice. Please always consult a specialist for health questions or complaints.

5. Content and intellectual property

All content created by Evida Life (texts, graphics, recipes, articles) is protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without express permission is prohibited.

Content you upload yourself (e.g. lab reports) remains your property. You grant us the right to process it solely to provide our services.

6. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the platform to:

distribute illegal content
harass or harm other users
compromise the security or integrity of the platform
conduct automated queries without written permission

7. Availability and liability

We strive to keep the platform available at all times but provide no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Liability for data loss or damage due to outages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
