Dressing
- Pine Nuts30 g
- Sunflower Seeds30 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil25 tbsp
- Apple Cider Vinegar15 tbsp
- Balsamic Vinegar15 tbsp
- Dates (Deglet Nour)1 tsp
- Dijon Mustard1.5 tsp
- Black Pepper1 pinch
Instructions
- Cut broccoli into small florets.
- Cut red and yellow bell pepper into small pieces.
- Cut apple into small pieces.
- Optional: Toast pine nuts and sunflower seeds in a dry pan until golden.
- Mix olive oil, fruit vinegar, light balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, and herb salt together to make the dressing.
- Combine broccoli, bell peppers, apple, pine nuts, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
