  • Broccoli(finely chopped)

  • Red Bell Pepper(finely chopped)
    1 pc.
  • Yellow Bell Pepper(finely chopped)
    1 pc.
  • Apple(finely chopped)
    1 pc.
  • Dressing

  • Pine Nuts
    30 g
  • Sunflower Seeds
    30 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    25 tbsp
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
    15 tbsp
  • Balsamic Vinegar
    15 tbsp
  • Dates (Deglet Nour)
    1 tsp
  • Dijon Mustard
    1.5 tsp
  • Black Pepper
    1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Cut broccoli into small florets.
  2. Cut red and yellow bell pepper into small pieces.
  3. Cut apple into small pieces.
  4. Optional: Toast pine nuts and sunflower seeds in a dry pan until golden.
  5. Mix olive oil, fruit vinegar, light balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, and herb salt together to make the dressing.
  6. Combine broccoli, bell peppers, apple, pine nuts, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
  8. Serve immediately or let rest briefly so the flavors can develop.
